Modified the sort button size globally (fixing TC sorting)
Gesture menu improvements
- Made the UI transparent to make it look less jarring compared to Rust UI
- Fixed images for various gestures (Beat chest, petting, kick, etc)
  - Due to some gestures not being actually obtainable gestures and as such not having proper icons, I've had to handmake a few images, sorry if they look weird.
- New unobtainable gestures added to /gestures, roleplayers rejoice!
  - Relaxed Hold, will make your character model lower their gun, like a scientist.
  - Casual Talk, will make your character move their hands to visualize talking (courtroom anyone?)
  - Frustrated Talk, will make your character move their hands in a frustrated way (^^)
  - Hat Tip, will make your character tip their helmet / hat (or their hair if you aren't wearing anything)
Voting sites added (this will probably do nothing, but worth a shot)

Updated /rules to redirect to https://wiki.protobit.space/Rust:Rules as the full list would otherwise look too intimidating
Added a simple two line join message explaining that /help exists, and that you have to follow rules.
