Rust:Rules

We may refrain offering our services to you if you have one or more infractions of breaking these rules.

You may have unlimited players in situations where numbers don't matter, or if everyone doesn't intend on fighting.
Allies are permitted and may be easily identified using the clan system.

Keep racism and homophobia to an absolute minimum.
Slight toxicity and trash talk is allowed, as long as it doesn't spiral into hate speech.
Do not spam chat.
NSFW behavior and content is not allowed in public channels
Sharing external content (links) is not permitted unless part of the topic of conversation.
Advertising is not allowed (Unless it's related to a service in-game, like a shop)
Remain civil, do not threaten players (outside of Rust) or dox anyone.

Using cheats, hacks or similar forms of modifications are prohibited.
Exploits (also known as bug abusing) is not allowed. Please report any bugs you find to the forum (for bugs that don't give advantages) or directly to an Operator
Forms of automated player actions, such as macros, auto-clickers, and modifications that perform actions on your behalf, are not permitted.
- Depending on the situation, auto-clickers or macros may be permitted. Contact an Operator if you have inquires about your situation.

Such as explicitly blocking base expansion for other players using bases you don't intend on seriously using
You may claim your surroundings if you are absolutely sure nobody else is in the area that would get effected and have plans to do something with those claims

Do not unnecessarily chase other players around the entire server if they pose no threat to you.

You are required to be at least 13 years of age to use our services or connect to Protobit.
- Do not joke about being underage. Punishments will be issued if we are alerted to someone possibly being under-aged.
You may get your player data wiped and account banned until you can prove that you are of legal age.

You may guide players or remind them of server rules, but leave it to a staff member if tensions escalate.
You are prohibited from impersonating members of the staff team. You will receive an immediate suspension if you do so.

If you are found to be evading a punishment inflicted by a staff member, your punishment will be increased.
Any additional accounts that are used to evade punishments will be permanently suspended from all Protobit services.

The Protobit Staff team has the authority to change these rules at any time with notice to keep up with new inappropriate behavior or rule lawyering,

In addition, punishments are **mirrored** between Rust and Discord whenever possible.
