Players that fail to respect the Rules of Protobit will receive a punishment for their actions.

Anti-Cheat Punishments

Protobit uses an Anti-Cheat system that helps staff members detect the use of prohibited modifications to player clients. Punishments which are a result from an automated Anti-Cheat action will have their reason prefixed with [AC].

Most punishments will be manual staff punishments, and the Anti-Cheat is primarily used to help assist staff members of possible rule breakers.

If you are unsure about allowed game modifications on Protobit, it is recommended that you contact an Operator.

Manual Staff Punishments

Staff members reserve the right to be able to punish a player as per their interpretation of the Rules. Punishments may be inflicted on a player that is actively causing trouble, and they may be overridden in the future with a more descriptive punishment.

Appeal Process

All punishments may be appealed unless specified otherwise in the punishment reason. If you wish to appeal a punishment, you should private message a Protobit Operator on Discord.

Appeals will be shared with all Operators, and the submitter of the appeal will be notified once a decision has been made by all Operators.

If an appeal is rejected, players are not allowed submit another appeal for the same punishment. Future punishments are allowed to be appealed, unless specified otherwise.
