Allowed Mods
Below is a list of Java Edition mods that have been questioned if they are allowed on Protobit's servers. If a mod that you wish to use isn't listed here, and you believe it may break the Rules, contact an Operator for guidance.
- Optifine - Official Site
- Improves client performance, along with adding custom capes and the ability to load shaders. Usage of Optifine is generally discouraged in newer Minecraft versions, and Sodium is highly recommended as an alternative to the performance benefits.
- Bedrockify - Modrinth, Curseforge, GitHub
- Adds various features that exist in Bedrock Edition, to improve parity between Bedrock and Java. Includes reach-around placement, paper doll overlay, and quick armour swapping.
